I am,Dr PHILIP AYEW, Managing Director of midland & Associates ( Ghana Ltd).Because of the importance of the business proposal that I am offering your company and the amount involved, I need to be in direct communication with the Managing Director of your Company. I want to know if your company will be capable of handling Contract to Supply, Foods and Medical Products AND COMPUTERS to the Economic Community of West African States (ECOWAS) refugee camps.
A contract is awarded to supply Foods, Medical Products AND COMPUTERS to ECOWAS refugees. As a Business Consultant with contacts in the Governments of several Countries in the West African Sub-region, I was duly approached by the Ecowas Contract Award Committee to source for overseas suppliers who is capable of taking up this contract. And the value of the Contract is (US$12,000,000.00) Twelve Million United States Dollars Only.
If you can prove that your company is capable of supplying the above mentioned, you will be paid 60% of the Contract value upfront and 40% after supply. And you will be required to come down to our office here in Accra-Ghana to sign the Contract Award Documents with your companies seal and stamp in the front of the Ecowas Contract Award Committee; after which the 60% upfront payment will be paid to you to enable you begin supplying.
This contract was announced and the bid released about one week ago. And, the Contract Award Committee gave me only (21) twenty one working days to come up with a trusted overseas supplier who would be able to handle the project with every diligent.
